Please note: The City of Seal Beach Districts 3 and 5 Municipal Run-Off Election consists of a small number of precincts; therefore, ballot counting activities will not happen as frequently as a countywide election. If you are interested in observing, we encourage you to call our office to determine when observable activities may be occurring.
