Notice from the Registrar of Voters:
Due to space constraints in our facility and depending on the level of interest in observing, the Registrar of Voters may limit the number of observers we allow in the central ballot processing facility at any given time (Elections Code section 15004 and Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations section 20874(g) and (h)). Observers will be allowed in on a “first come first serve” basis. Once the capacity of the facility is met, the remainder of the observers in line will be given priority to observe and allowed into the facility after the next break in activity (which occurs approximately every 2 hours).
