The Orange County Registrar of Voters is committed to protecting each voter’s right to cast a ballot easily and securely.

SANTA ANA, CA – October 23, 2023 – Voting in the November 14, 2023, City of Santa Ana Special Recall Election has begun.

Ballots were mailed to all active registered voters in Santa Ana, Ward 3 during the week of October 16.

Voters will have four options to cast a ballot during this election:

  1. Mail the ballot on or before Election Day (no postage required). For mailbox locations visit ocvote.gov/mail
  2. Use one of two secure drop boxes located in Santa Ana, Ward 3. For locations visit ocvote.gov/dropbox
  3. Drop off the ballot in-person at the Vote Center in Santa Ana, Ward 3. For location information and hours visit ocvote.gov/votecenter
  4. Vote in-person at the Vote Center in Santa Ana, Ward 3.

 

The Registrar of Voters office in Santa Ana also has a ballot drop box and serves as a Vote Center for Santa Ana, Ward 3, voters.

The Vote Center in Santa Ana, Ward 3 and the Vote Center at the Registrar of Voters’ Office open on November 4. Both Vote Centers will be open from November 4 through 8 p.m. on November 14.
