You are cordially invited to an Open House at the Orange County Registrar of Voters in Santa Ana on Wednesday, October 12, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
As your Registrar of Voters, it is my commitment that Orange County elections are secure, fair, accurate, transparent, and accessible. To ensure the transparency of the 2022 General Election, this Open House will enable you to view the various secure steps we take when processing ballots.
Members of the Registrar of Voters team will demonstrate and answers questions about the following processes:
- The receiving of returned vote-by-mail ballots
- Ballot sorting, signature verification, and processing
- Pre-Election and Post-Election Logic and Accuracy tests
- 1% Manual Tally and Risk Limiting Audit
- Vote Center ballot processing
- Ballot collection from ballot drop boxes
- Ballot duplication
- Tabulation of results
We hope that you will join us to gain a better understanding of Orange County elections.
The Registrar of Voters is located at: 1300 South Grand Avenue, Building C, Santa Ana, CA 92705 (at the corner of Grand Avenue and McFadden). Onsite parking is available, and signage will guide attendees to the check-in table.
