Cure My Ballot

Please note, the letters or forms listed below must be received by our office by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2024. It is too late to submit the letters or forms by mail. 

Non-matching signature or if you forgot to sign your vote-by-mail envelope
If you received a letter because you forgot to sign your vote-by-mail envelope or your Conditional Voter Registration envelope, or the signature did not match on your vote-by-mail envelope, you can return the letter to our office using the following options:

  • Deliver in-person or have delivered to the Registrar of Voters’ office by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2024.  A mail slot will be available 24 hours a day until 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2024 at the entrance to our office. 
  • Email to [email protected]
  • Fax to the Registrar of Voters’ office at (714) 567-7556 or (714) 333-4488
  • Complete and submit the form using your mobile device

First Time Federal Voter
If you received notice that your ballot was not counted because you are a first time federal voter, please return the information below by 5:00 p.m. on December 1, 2024. 

Please make a photocopy of your current, valid photo identification, current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows your name and address.
