Remote Conditional Voter Registration

What is remote conditional voter registration?

Remote conditional voter registration allows certain voters who are not registered by the 15-day deadline before an election to complete a registration and provisional ballot remotely beginning 14 days before the election.

Do I qualify to use a conditional voter registration remotely?

Military and overseas voters and voters with disabilities may complete a conditional voter registration remotely, and vote a provisional ballot remotely. This service is intended for those voters in the above categories who are not registered and are not able to make it to a Vote Center during the in-person voting period. If you are currently a registered voter, there is no need for this service and you can vote a remote accessible vote-by-mail ballot by going to ocvote.gov/ravbm.
