Unique "Pop Up" Mobile Voting Debuts in Orange County Tomorrow

Mobile "pop up" voting unit is outfitted with glass walls, LED lighting, skylights and pop-out wraparound deck

SANTA ANA, CA – "Pop up" mobile voting will be launched for the first time in Orange County beginning tomorrow at the Santa Ana Civic Center. Additional locations can be found by visiting ocvote.gov/early. Any Orange County voter can vote at any "pop up" mobile voting locations.

Although early in-person voting is the top feature in the mobile Voting Center, it is not the only service that will be offered. Ballot drop off, replacement ballots, voter registration and voting information will be offered at each location.

The Registrar of Voters' mobile unit is the first of its kind in California - offering a quick service option for voters looking to save time on Election Day (and offering voting in locations not usually set-up as traditional polling places). Casting a ballot early is suitable to many voters that do not wish to vote-by-mail, but cannot make it to their polling place on Election Day.
