PUBLIC NOTICE - Public Hearing for the draft Election Administration Plan 2026-2029

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing for the draft Election Administration Plan 2026-2029 pursuant to the Voter’s Choice Act will be held on September 25, 2025.

Notice is further given that the draft Election Administration Plan 2026-2029 is posted on the Registrar of Voters’ website at ocvote.gov/eap. The Plan is available in English and in translated versions in Chinese, Farsi (Persian), Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese, in accordance with federal and state law.

Comments on the Plan may be submitted until the close of the Public Hearing using the online Public Input Form on the Registrar of Voters’ website, by email to [email protected], in writing, or in person at the Public Hearing. Written comments should be addressed to the Orange County Registrar of Voters, P.O. Box 11298 Santa Ana, CA 92711-1298.

      Irvine, CA 92606

                            

The Public Hearing will also be livestreamed online at ocvote.gov/eap.

Notice is further given that the location is an accessible facility and that the Public Hearing will be held in English. Onsite live interpretation will be available in ASL, Chinese, Farsi, Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
