Orange County, CA Releases 2021 Amended Election Administration Plan

The 2021 Amended Election Administration Plan describes how elections are administered in Orange County.  

SANTA ANA, CA – The 2021 Amended Election Administration Plan is posted on the Registrar of Voters’ website at ocvote.com/eap. The Plan is available in English and translated versions in Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi (Persian), Gujarati, Hindi, Japanese, and Tagalog will be subsequently posted in accordance with federal and state law. 

Comments on the Amended Plan may be submitted using the online comment form on the Registrar of Voters’ website (ocvote.com/eap), by email to [email protected], or in writing. Written comments should be addressed to the Orange County Registrar of Voters, 1300 S. Grand Avenue, Building C, Santa Ana, CA 92705. 

The 14-day public comment period for the Amended Election Administration Plan ends on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 5 p.m. For more information regarding the Amended Election Administration Plan, please call 714-567-7600 or visit ocvote.com/eap.

The feedback provided will be analyzed and incorporated into the final Election Administration Plan which will serve as an operational guide for Orange County’s election and outreach plans under the current Vote Center model.
