305 Candidates and the 2016 Election Countdown is

March 11, 2016 - Candidate filing closed today in Orange County - we had 305 candidates start the process and 264 completed. 41 candidates did not return and 3 contests are in extension.  On Saturday we will begin the process of finalizing the qualifications of each candidate, which will guarantee them a spot on the June 7, 2016 ballot. Candidate statements can now be viewed online in our candidate log. 88 days to June 7th and counting.
