With the Orange County’s transition to Vote Centers and Ballot Drop Boxes in 2020, the County Employee Program has evolved to support Election Night Ballot Drop Box operations. County employees will serve as the Ballot Drop Box Strike Force Team and will be closing Ballot Drop Boxes at 8 p.m. on Election Night, June 2, 2026.
