2023 City of Seal Beach Districts 3 and 5 Municipal Run-Off Election
Ballots for the January 31, 2023 City of Seal Beach District 3 and 5 Municipal Run-Off Election were mailed to eligible voters last week. The City’s Charter requires a Run-Off Election be held because no candidate for these offices received more than 50% of the votes cast in the November 8, 2022 General Election. The Seal Beach Municipal Code also requires that this be an all mail ballot election. This means there will not be in-person voting at Vote Centers for this election.
