Help your neighbors whose first language is Vietnamese exercise their right to vote independently by applying to be a Bilingual Translation Specialist. Pay starts at $21.62 per hour.
To assist the diverse population of Orange County, the Registrar of Voters translates all election material, including ballots, voting instructions, and the Voter Information Guide, into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

About CSR Training Program
The Registrar of Voters’ training team is dedicated to preparing more than 1,200 field representatives every election to operate a Vote Center and ensure all voters receive the same amazing service no matter the location they visit.
As part of the curriculum, all Customer Service Representatives receive in-depth online and in-person training on Vote Center procedures and customer service expectations. Once completing the online training, they practice the various ways to assist the public throughout the voting period during an in-person simulated Vote Center practice class that is a full 8-hour day. |

Voter Education Events
Our Community Engagement team has already participated in nearly 70 voter education events since April of this year and is preparing for another 60 events in the coming months, with more being added daily. From setting up a booth at community events to sharing information through a scheduled presentation, there are several ways that our Community Engagement team can partner with you or your organizations to help voters stay informed.
We offer virtual or in-person community presentations on election integrity and operations, voter registration, voter data, and more.
